Delete your Rundo account

Rundo is a driver marketplace app for Australian taxi and commercial passenger vehicle (CPV) operators. You can delete your account at any time.

Delete in the app

This is the fastest way to delete your account:

1. Open Rundo on Android or iOS
2. Go to Settings (from Profile)
3. Tap Delete account
4. Confirm deletion

You will be signed out immediately and your account will be deactivated.

Can't access the app?

Email support@rundo.com.au with:

• Subject: Account deletion request
• The mobile number used to sign in to Rundo

Our support team will process your deletion manually.

What happens when you delete

• You are signed out and cannot sign in or use the app as before
• Push notifications are stopped
• Your profile is deactivated — you may not bid on or post jobs

What we delete or deactivate

• Account access and app use
• Push notification registration
• Your active profile on the platform

What we may keep

We may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example completed job records, dispute history, fraud prevention, tax obligations, and audit logs. Retained data is kept only as long as necessary, as described in our Privacy Policy.
